\n\u2022\tThe Defendant Agrees to a Drug Screen and Tests Negative
\n\u2022\tThe Defendant Cooperates With All Attorney General Conditions
\n\u2022\tThe Defendant Was Convicted Based on a Law that was Later Found to Be Unconstitutional
\n\u2022\tA Judge Decides the Conviction was a result of Government Misconduct<\/tt><\/font><\/p>\n
